X-Finder — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This policy describes how X-Finder handles information when you use our marketing website, browser extension, Telegram concierge, console, and related backend services.
Who we are
X-Finder is operated by the developer (“we”, “us”). For access or account questions, use the request form on our website or Telegram concierge — we do not publish a direct operator email here.
Marketing website & access requests
If you submit a free-trial, access, referral, or creator form, we process the details you provide (such as name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred plan, notes, and referral or campaign codes) so we can review your request and reply. These enquiries are stored on our servers and may be messaged to the operator via Telegram for follow-up.
Our marketing pages also send first-party analytics events to our own servers (for example page views, button clicks, and form submit/success). Event payloads may include path, coarse attribution (UTM / referral codes), and a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention. We do not load third-party advertising pixels on these pages unless we update this policy and our security headers to allow them.
What the extension does
The extension helps licensed users work with property listing pages on supported sites (such as listing site, listing site, and listing site) and related lookups, using an account and backend provided by the operator.
Information the extension stores on your device
- Configuration: server URL and API key you enter.
- Account session: authentication token and basic account info (e.g. username, role, credit usage) after you log in.
This data stays in your browser’s extension storage unless you clear it or uninstall the extension.
Information sent to the operator’s servers
When you use features that require the backend, we may process:
- Account data: username and password when you sign in (password is used only to authenticate; we store a secure hash on the server).
- Search and listing context: e.g. permit or reference numbers you submit, the source page URL when a search is tied to a listing, and related result data needed to provide the service.
- Technical data: standard server logs may include IP address, timestamps, and request metadata for security and reliability.
- Marketing enquiries & first-party events: as described above.
How we use this information
We use it only to provide and operate X-Finder: authentication, credit or access limits, search processing, support, abuse prevention, and responding to access/trial requests. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this product to determine creditworthiness or for lending decisions.
Third parties
The extension may connect to third-party websites you open (for example listing sites or government-related endpoints) as part of normal browsing and the features you choose to use. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Telegram notifications for access requests may involve that provider solely to deliver messages to the operator.
Data retention
Server-side logs, account data, access requests, and first-party marketing events are kept as long as needed to run the service and comply with law. The operator may delete or anonymize data according to administrative practices.
Your choices
You can stop using the extension, log out, or remove stored data by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension data in your browser settings. For account deletion or access-request deletion, submit a new access request on the website describing what you need removed.
Children
X-Finder is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
