X-Finder — Terms of Service

B2B software for licensed real-estate agencies in the UAE.

Version 1.1 · last updated August 2026 · governing law: Emirate of Dubai, UAE

1. Who may use X-Finder

X-Finder ("the Service") is licensed only to businesses ("the Client") that hold a valid Dubai real-estate brokerage licence. It is not offered to consumers or unlicensed individuals. By creating or using an account, the Client confirms it is a licensed agency and that each person it authorises ("User") is acting within that licence.

2. What the Service does

X-Finder is a lead-intelligence and market-insight tool. It helps the Client's team organise prospects and compare the market. The Client decides which prospects to contact, how, and when. The Client is responsible for how it uses information it views, stores, exports, or acts upon through the Service.

3. The Client's responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for using the Service lawfully, including:

4. Acceptable use

5. Subscription & access

Access is sold per company on a subscription basis, with a defined number of seats and usage allowance. Access continues only while the subscription is paid and current. The provider may suspend access on non-payment or expiry.

6. Security

The provider applies reasonable technical measures to protect the platform. The Client is responsible for the lawfulness of information it inputs, exports, and retains, and for deleting information it no longer has a right to hold.

7. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is". Market and contact information is gathered on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

8. Indemnity

The Client indemnifies the provider against any claim, fine, or loss arising from the Client's use of the Service in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate on notice. The provider may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination, the Client's access ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai.
