01 · Who may use it
Licensed real-estate professionals and agencies operating under valid UAE brokerage licences. Not a consumer product. Not for credit scoring or lending decisions.
02 · How access works
- Trial and paid seats are created by the operator after a personal review
- Demo accounts can be time-boxed with shared credit pools
- Credentials are handed privately (email / WhatsApp / Telegram)
- Agencies can govern seats and credit use from the admin desk
03 · What we process
Account credentials (password stored as a secure hash), search context you submit (e.g. listing references), and technical logs needed for security and reliability. Marketing pages may store enquiry details you submit and first-party product analytics events (page views, CTA clicks, form submits) on our servers.
We do not sell personal information.
04 · Your responsibilities
